Learn tip and techniques on how to conceive a baby girl. Although it is obvious that it is hard to manipulate gender, special things can be done to increase your chances to have a boy or girl.

One of the most important inlfluences on choosing your baby gender is to learn what sexual positions can easily help you conceive a girl baby. To be able to do this, you should again go back and refer to the characteristic of the male and female sperms. The male sperm being a fast swimmer would certainly swim faster than the female sperms; meaning it would be easier for them to reach the eggs that would be released by the ovaries, right? And also, you need to remember that male sperms have shorter life span, right? So this means that you need to work on a sexual position that are very near the vaginal entrance so that the male sperm would be exhausted and died before they reach the released eggs; leaving only the female sperm which would serve as another advantage when thinking of how to conceive a girl baby.

The next tip on how to conceive a girl pertains to diet. This would direct you to eat foods that are rich in the nutrient magnesium like green and leafy vegetables. To help more, foods that can increase the acidity of the vaginal region, which is something favourable for female sperms should always be included in your everyday meals. Thus intake of meat like chicken and turkey should be on the top of your must eats list.

Nothing can ever be more satisfying than having the gender of the baby you want. Hopefully, these tips on how to conceive a girl would be useful in your desire to succeed in getting the baby girl of your dreams!

Pain in the groin or lower back, ovarian cysts in the family, hereditary tendency for ovarian cancer. All of these can paralyze a women with fear when she thinks she has cancer. Does this woman sound like you?

ovarian cysts? pregnancy? negative test.. all the signs of ovarian cysts?

Hi all,

I found this post on yahoo answers and thought it so typical of the problems and fears women have when they are experiencing symptoms of ovarian cysts. Let me know if you have experienced similar fears.

What next to think? Is this ovarian cysts or pregnancy complication or what.

For three weeks or so i have been experiencing general pregnancy . I have also been on the short for a year and have never had any sign of blood. earlly this week i started 2 have light vaginal bleeding, It lonly asted about 3 days. I have taken 2 tests that came out negative. then in the last two weeks ive been experiencing severe left abdominal pain than began spreding across the entire pelvic region as well as intenese cramps. For a couple days the pain pretty much dissapeared give or take a few minor pains. I went to the doctor on wednesday and the pain had become intese again. I told her of all the symptomns..(pain during/after sex and tenderness whiping after using the restrrom , too) she gave me a UTI test – negative then i got a vainal ultrasound. I wont know the results till tuesday. Which seems like a whiel to wait if this coudl be serious. Has anyone experineced somthing like this before? what should i do?
Missed cycle ( i havent has a cycle in a year)
implantation bleeding (i possibly had this.)
Tender breasts (some what)
darkening of areolas
fatigue/tiredness **
nausea **
Backaches **
headache ** (severly right be hing my right eye, over and over since i have been sick)
Fequent urination **
Constipation **
Food Cravings
mood swings**
Depression like symptomns **

correct me if i missed anything

I also has TSS 3 years ago and have since had several abdominal problems and UTI’s However nothing like this before..

my grandmother recently was found with a cyst and when they removed it they found out she had full blown cancer.. This scares me but its also the only perosn i know of with a cyst of any sort in my family. Also my doctor didnt do the ultra sound.. i was sent to the Out patients in the hostpital.. i have been there before over a serious injury and was sent home and told i would get results in a couple of days.

Signs of ovarian cysts are down right frightening

…

This is a response most women have when they think they are experiencing symptoms of ovarian cysts.

If you just found out that you have an ovarian cyst and are pregnant you are probably wondering what options you have for ovarian cysts treatment. Here are a couple of way to treat ovarian cysts when you are pregnant.

Best Ovarian Cysts Treatment and Pregnancy

A woman who is told she has ovarian cysts during the course of her pregnancy may find this news alarming. The vast majority of ovarian cysts are benign and asymptomatic. Many women will not even know they have ovarian cysts until they are discovered as part of a routine exam or, in the case of a pregnant woman, in the course of a routine ultrasound.

Some ovarian cysts grow during the pregnancy and in particular during the second trimester when certain pregnancy hormones make a woman more prone to developing a cyst. In this case the cysts may never be discovered because the ovaries and uterus rise out of the pelvis at around 12 weeks’ gestation and are no longer easily palpable.

Most cysts can be left untreated and will not cause any ill effects for the mother or child. If a cyst is discovered and medical intervention is considered prudent because of risk of rupture, or the cyst is found to be malignant several treatment options may be considered.

Options for Ovarian Cysts Treatment:

1. Drainage: If the cyst is found to contain fluid only it is possible to drain the cyst.
2. Surgical removal: If the cyst is large and poses a threat it will be removed to preclude complications. If the cyst is cancerous it will be removed and biopsied to determine the appropriate course of treatment.

This ovarian cysts treatment is almost always successful and without complication in a not pregnant woman. A pregnant woman requiring ovarian cysts treatment may experience complications because of the location of the cysts in relation to the baby. Surgery to remove the cyst is possible with a good outcome likely, right through the second trimester.

A cyst rupture in a pregnant woman can cause complications which cannot be treated without risk to the fetus. If possible the doctor will wait until the baby is born to remedy the problem and the woman will be offered pain relief for the remainder of the pregnancy. Ovarian cysts treatment for a malignant cyst will likely have a poor outcome for the foetus and the usual cancer chances for the mother, as long as she receives treatment.

Corpus cyst or one of the different types of cyst you may suffer from. These are typically found in women who are pregnant. They develop after the egg has already been released from that follicle. However, for some reason the follicle does not go away like it’s supposed too. While these cyst may simple vanish after the next menstrual cycle, they may not and can continue to grow larger. Sometimes these have been found measuring up to six centimeters in diameter. This type of cyst may or may not have symptoms that are associated with these.

Corpus cyst most likely will go away during the second trimester for those women who are pregnant. But once again they may continue to fill up with either blood or liquid and grow larger. If they twist around they can cause you extreme pain. Finally there is an all natural way that you can rid yourself from this pain and those cysts. Through a book that was done by Laura Hennings, you can use her methods. And they are safe for women who are pregnant too.

Not only will you learn those natural ways to rid your body of cysts, but you will learn what all she went through. Prescriptions that didn’t work, but only made it worse. Like many women out there who suffer from ovarian cysts currently. This advice and natural cure can be found by going to www.naturalovariancyststreatment.com. Be pain free within three days, and have those cysts gone in possibly eight short weeks. All in one easy to find spot.

For women who suffer through the pain of ovarian cysts, or polycystic ovarian syndrome. This book can help you out, and you will be able to live pain free, finally. So if you feel that you have a problem with ovarian cysts, treat them naturally.

In closing, don’t make the mistakes that were made by Laura, instead benefit from the relief.

If you are experiencing pain in your lower back or abdomen and have PCOs, then you may be in the early stages of an ovarian cysts burst. Here is some help for a natural way to rid your body of cysts.

Ovarian burst; if you already have cysts that are not going away, this is something that can happen to you. That cyst may burst and cause more pain than you are already in. Learning a natural way to cure those cysts and have them gone can be done.
A remedy that was discovered by Laura Hennings, after six long years through pain and suffering from ovarian cysts. She did like most women would and headed in to see her doctor. Through the treatments she would never see relief; instead it made the cyst bigger.

Ovarian burst or when that cyst breaks you have a worsening of the normal symptoms. You can bleed more or when you’re not on your period. With this book you will be able to learn a completely natural way to get rid of cysts. Find relief from the pain in very little time, three days in fact. And find relief of all cysts within a short eight weeks. All of this is provided to you with my recommended book about natural ovarian cyst burst, so instead of heading to the doctor, check this book out.

Learn what you can use that will have you past the pain that you’ve suffered from every day. Use these findings to cure your cyst problems. It will even be a beneficial book for those women who suffer from PCOS. Polycystic ovary syndrome is a problem that more and more women suffer from. Even though many cysts will simply disappear on their own, you may have a few that stick around and grow. As the pain continues to worsen, you can find relief easily.

So if you have pain in your lower stomach or even back, or bleeding that is more than normal. Find the natural way to cure your cysts problem. Don’t go through the things that Laura went through, but find the real relief you deserve.

With a natural way to rid your body of cysts.

If you have been diagnosed with an ovarian cyst you may be asking yourself what are the chances you have ovarian cysts cancer. Here is some guidance...

Ovarian Cysts Cancer Chances – What Are Yours?

Although this cancer kills thousands of women every year (more than any other female reproductive cancer) the lifetime risk of getting it is only around 1.7%. The cause of ovarian cysts cancer is still unknown but of course research is ongoing. The prognosis for women with ovarian cysts cancer is excellent when diagnosed early. Early detection and accurate staging (identifying how far the cancer has progressed) are the key components for a successful outcome and increasing a woman’s survival chances.

A small percentage of women will inherit genes which make them more susceptible to cancer. These woman and those with family histories of ovarian cancer should be diligent with regular pelvic exams. 90% of ovarian cancers diagnosed early are successfully treated so there is a pretty good argument for all women to undertake a regular screening program.

If a cyst is found, diagnostic methods to determine malignancy can be by ultrasound, CT scan, MRI or surgery. If the first tests indicate the need, surgery will be used to determine with certainty whether the cyst is malignant or benign. The type of tumor cells will also be identified.

Measures which may increase a woman’s chance of having ovarian cancer are:

few or no pregnancies

age

family history

fertility drugs

asbestos exposure

radiation exposure

a high fat diet

A long suspected but unproven risk factor is the use of talcum powder in the genital area.

Measures which may diminish a woman’s chance of having ovarian cancer are:

multiple pregnancies

birth control pills

tubal ligation

negative family history

Obviously lifestyle choices such as smoking, drugs and alcohol impact on whether a woman will increase her cancer risks. A diet rich in antioxidants, fresh fruit and vegetables and an exercise program may help to stave off the disease.

Ovarian cysts cancer treatment depends on the stage of the disease, the type of tumor cells and how aggressively the cancer is spreading. Ovarian cysts cancer research is ongoing and although there is obviously no cure yet, ovarian cysts cancer does not have to be a life sentence – early detection is the key to survival.

Women who suffer from ovarian cysts often consider having a hysterectomy. That leads to the question - Is it possible to get ovarian cysts after hysterectomy? Here's your answer...

If you read the article on the more common symptoms of ovarian cysts and went to your doctor for a check-up that is good news. Glad to hear the article helped. Now you are wonder about one of the options your docto spoke of – hysterectomy. Can you get ovarian cysts afer hysterectomy? All depressing thoughts. Now, if you are ready to start a program to shrink your cysts and stop the specter of continued cysts and even ovarian cancer, then I recommend this proven program. It is way more affordable and deals with this nag naturally. Costs way less than surgery to and doesn’t leave you sterile…

Is it Possible to Get Ovarian Cysts After Hysterectomy?

When a complete hysterectomy is performed it is a complete removal of the uterus and ovaries. This certainly eliminates the possibility of ovarian cysts after hysterectomy. However, this is a bleak recommendation for women who still would like children. Here are some other options before you lay down to surgery.

If the hysterectomy is performed to treat malignant cysts it may be advisable for the woman to undergo a total hysterectomy (uterus, fallopian tubes and ovaries) to preclude a recurrence of the cancer.

A woman’s greatest fear may be a hysterectomy, particularly if she is young or has not yet had children. For a woman who is premenopausal and wants to preserve her ovaries it may be possible to have an oophrectomy instead, so that half of the ovaries and the uterus are preserved.

A woman may also wonder if she can still experience the problems of ovarian cysts after hysterectomy and think if that is the case, why have the hysterectomy at all. Or why not opt for the complete removal of the ovaries as part of the hysterectomy?

If a total hysterectomy is recommended because the woman has cancer and is older, or because of the stage of the cancer, or because it is an aggressive cancer, there is no possibility of a recurrence of ovarian cysts or ovarian cancer.

Ovarian Cysts After Hysterectomy FAQ

Do I need to have a hysterectomy to remove cysts in the ovaries?

The only clear reason for a hysterectomy with ovarian cysts is if the cysts are cancerous and the uterus must be removed to extract the cancer or stop the spread. Other reasons for a hysterectomy may include severe infection, uncontrolled bleeding associated with childbirth or a rupture of the uterus.

Will I still have ovaries after a hysterectomy?

It is possible to retain the ovaries in a partial hysterectomy. If the woman wants to preserve her uterus, it may be possible, in some circumstances to undergo an oophrectomy instead. In this case the uterus and the ovaries on one side can be retained.

Can I get ovarian cysts after hysterectomy?

If the procedure is a partial hysterectomy in which one or both sides of the ovaries are kept, it is possible to get ovarian cysts after hysterectomy. Only a total hysterectomy will result in the removal of the ovaries and therefore the possibility of future cysts on the ovaries.

Women who have unusual hair growth in places where men typically do and women typically do not are said to have female hirsutism. In women this condition is most commonly caused by polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) also recognized as Stein Leventhal syndrome.It is a condition of hormonal imbalance affecting approximately 5% of women of childbearing age.

Other problems related to PCOS are benign ovarian cysts, acne, weight gain, irregular periods, excessive hair growth on the face or body but a thinning hairline on the head, and infertility.

PCOS is caused by a hormonal imbalance. This imbalance promotes the unusual hair growth and may cause women to have unusually high levels of testosterone as well. The high level of testosterone causes the acne, hair growth and receding hairline. This imbalance can also block egg growth and inhibit ovulation.

Other Symptoms of Female Hirsutism:

* A deep voice
* Decreased breast size
* Enlarged clitoris
* Baldness
* Increased muscle mass

Other Causes of Female Hirsutism include:

* Cushings Syndrome; cause by cortisol medications or stress which increases cortisol hormone levels
* Tumours, rare androgen secreting tumours
* Certain medications
* Congenital adrenal hyperplasia; abnormal adrenal gland secretions of excessive cortisol and androgen hormones
Idiopathic female hirsutism has no known cause and is not accompanied by any other irregularities or symptoms.

Treatment Options:

If the female hirsutism is the result of PCOS the treatment options may involve:

* Birth control pills, which may reduce androgen levels and is an excellent treatment for women who don’t wish to be pregnant.
* Androgen blockers; blocking androgens from attaching to receptors inhibits the male hormones and can reduce symptoms.
* Topical creams applied to the unwanted hairy areas of the skin. The creams inhibit the hair growth in the targeted areas.

Many women will also use hair removal processes to deal with the aesthetic concerns or embarrassment. Electrolysis and laser therapy are both effective and long term hair removal options.

Female hirsutism, if a symptom of something else needs to be treated. Otherwise there is no medical cause for concern with simple or idiopathic hirsutism. Even the excessive hair growth is not a problem, unless it is a problem for the woman in terms of her own self-esteem.
