I know benign Ovarian Cysts rupture and cause all sorts of symptoms. I know Ovarian cancer has similiar symptoms to benign ovarian cysts, but do they rupture? Meaning, if you had a cancerous cyst, can that rupture? Or do only benign ones rupture. Sorry if this is a stupid question
